GOODY-TWO-SHOES

THIS BOOK does not state an author but is almost certainly based on the 1765 children's novel The History of Little Goody Two-Shoes. This version is illustrated with some nice colour pictures and was published by McLoughlin Bros of New York in 1888. It is a moral tale of how a family falls on hard times but good prevails and the protaganist ends up with the name Goody Two Shoes.
